As part of the construction of the Pelješac bridge, access roads and related infrastructure, OIV connected the newly built monitoring center of Croatian Roads near the Zaradeže junction via a new transmission communication network. This enables real-time data transfer between the centers in Zaradeže and the Central Center for Monitoring and Traffic Management of Croatian Roads in Karlovac, which is also the national access point where traffic data is exchanged at European level (DATEX protocol).
