At the end of the last year, the renovation of this most important OIV’s infrastructure facility was completed. The project took place in several phases during 2019, 2020 and 2021, and its purpose was primarily the external renovation of the concrete part of the building in order to protect the tower itself from the water intrusion and to improve energy efficiency. In addition, the renovation opened the possibility of new revenues from the lease of space for catering and tourism (activation of inactive assets for the purpose of generating income instead of costs).
